We're a NAPIT-registered electrical contractor first — the renewables work grew out of that. Board upgrades, full rewires, EICR inspections, fault finding, new circuits, landlord certificates and commercial fit-outs. Work is designed, installed and tested to BS 7671 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations), with applicable work complying with the Building (Scotland) Regulations and certified through our NAPIT registration.

Do the work
Dust sheets, tidy cable runs, minimal disruption. We explain what we're doing as we go.

Certify
Electrical Installation Certificate, Minor Works Certificate or EICR as appropriate, with any applicable Scottish Building Standards documentation handled and copies emailed to you.

Do you do small jobs?
Yes. An extra socket, a light fitting, a fault to track down — all normal. No minimum call-out within our core service area.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
Same day if we can. Call or WhatsApp the number on the site — we'll give you a real arrival window, not a vague "sometime this week".
Do you do full rewires?
Yes. Typically 3–5 days for a 3-bed house depending on ceiling access. We work around you — no need to move out.
Are your electricians qualified?
18th Edition qualified and NAPIT registered. Our work follows BS 7671 and applicable Building (Scotland) Regulations requirements; insurance and certification details are available on request.
