Electrical
The electrical work beneath everything else.
We're a NAPIT-registered electrical contractor first — the renewables work grew out of that. Board upgrades, full rewires, EICR inspections, fault finding, new circuits, landlord certs, and commercial fit-outs. All notified to building control, all certified.
Why it’s worth it
What you get
NAPIT registered

EICRs and landlord certs

The process
How we work
- 01
Scope
Call, WhatsApp, or a site visit — whichever suits. We walk the job with you and talk through the options.
- 02
Quote
Fixed-price written quote, broken down by task. No surprise extras unless something hidden turns up during the work — and if it does, we stop and discuss first.
- 03
Do the work
Dust sheets, tidy cable runs, minimal disruption. We explain what we're doing as we go.
- 04
Certify
Electrical Installation Certificate, Minor Works, or EICR as appropriate. Filed to NAPIT, emailed to you.
FAQ
Frequently asked
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. An extra socket, a light fitting, a fault to track down — all normal. No minimum call-out within our core service area.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
Same day if we can. Call or WhatsApp the number on the site — we'll give you a real arrival window, not a vague "sometime this week".
Do you do full rewires?
Yes. Typically 3–5 days for a 3-bed house depending on ceiling access. We work around you — no need to move out.
Are your electricians qualified?
18th edition qualified, NAPIT registered, Part P competent person. Insurance and cert numbers available on request.
