These terms cover use of this website and the headline terms of our quotations. Our full contract of works — the legally binding document — is issued with every signed quotation. Nothing on this website creates a contract until a written quote is accepted.

All content on this site is © 2026 Dual Electrical Services. Photography of completed installations appears with customer permission. Any typical savings, payback periods or performance figures are illustrative only — your system's actual performance depends on your property, usage and tariff.
Quotations
- All written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- Quotes are fixed-price for the scope described. If unforeseen work comes to light during the job, we'll stop and agree any change in writing before proceeding.
- Deposits are held in accordance with RECC (Renewable Energy Consumer Code) requirements on renewable installs.
Warranties
Electrical workmanship: 12-month workmanship guarantee as standard. Product warranties (panels, inverters, batteries, EV chargers) are provided by the manufacturer — we register each product on your behalf and provide warranty documentation on handover.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Work covered by renewable accreditations benefits from additional protection under the RECC and TrustMark consumer codes.
Complaints
We want to know if something's wrong — tell us first. Most complaints resolve in a phone call. If you're not satisfied with our response, RECC provides an independent dispute resolution service for renewable-energy work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. The Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
