The Dual Electrical Services "Win a Voucher" game is completely free to play. There is no purchase necessary and no payment of any kind is required to take part or to claim a prize.

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over within our service area (Fife and the surrounding areas listed on our website). Employees of Dual Electrical Services and their immediate families are not eligible.

One play per person

Each person may play once, identified by email address. The result of your single play is final.

The prizes and your chances

Prizes are money-off vouchers against future work carried out by Dual Electrical Services. The prize tiers and the chance of winning each on a single play are: £200 off (1 in 1,500), £100 off (1 in 1,000), £50 off (1 in 500), and £25 off (roughly 2 in 5 plays). Not every play wins — the remaining plays receive no prize.

A limited number of the higher-value vouchers are available. Once a tier is fully claimed, plays that would have landed on it are awarded the next available prize down.

The on-screen game is for entertainment; the slots shown do not represent the real odds. The actual chances are exactly as stated above and the outcome is decided by a secure random draw on our server.

Using your voucher

Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date issued and must be quoted at the time of enquiry. Minimum job values apply: £25 off any job over £300, £50 off over £1,500, £100 off over £2,500, £200 off over £4,000.

One voucher per job. Vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer, are not transferable, and have no cash value. The voucher is a discount on work quoted and carried out by Dual Electrical Services and is subject to a free site survey and our standard quotation.

How we contact winners

Your voucher code is shown on screen as soon as you play, and we keep a record against the details you provide. Quote your code when you get in touch and we will apply it to your quote.

The promoter is Dual Electrical Services, Glenrothes, Fife. We reserve the right to amend these terms or withdraw the promotion at any time. This promotion is intended to comply with the UK Gambling Act 2005 as a free prize draw and the CAP Code.
